The “United States” is not the original republican government, it is a federal corporation

Article IV, Section 4 of the constitution states:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

the process of replacing our republic with a federal corporation began In 1871 with the organic act of the d.c.

This act created a “body corporate for municipal purposes” “within the limits of the District of Columbia”

to be “created into a government by the name of the District of Columbia”

The Organic Act of 1871 describes this federal corporation and how it clearly mimics our Original Republic.

For example, the federal corporation can have a seal, a president for 4 years at a time, bills & laws of its own, legislative assemblies, a house of delegates, Citizens that vote over the age of 21, appointed officers and secretaries, Etc.
