HERE, THEIR CODE SHOWS THAT ALL FOREIGN STATES ARE IMMUNE FROM THE COURTS OF THE “UNITED STATES”
IN THIS ACT, THERE IS AN EXCEPTION IN WHICH THE “UNITED STATES” CAN GAIN JURISDICTION OVER foreign states.
IT states that one can LOSE THIS IMMUNITY If they PARTICIPATE IN COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY WITH OR IN THE “UNITED STATES”.
You have never participated in commerce with the “united States” because you are not authorized to use their currency.
the united states code clearly states that their official currency, the federal reserve note, is
(1) not lawful money
(2) authorized to be used only by either federal reserve board members, agents, and banks
This sovereign immunity act is not the only reason why you are immune from their courts.
